Who do you take criticism from?

Including you!

Here's a friendly reminder to pay attention to whose criticism you let into your life.

Who are others to say what you should or shouldn't be doing?

Are you being brave and bold and trying new things?

Then CELEBRATE THAT!

Don't let others dull your shine from the side-lines.


If they're not in the ring, getting vulnerable with you, then let it go.

Stepping up and being seen is always going to have the risk of being open to criticism. The more brave you are, the more others may be triggered by that and the more you speak your truth, the more clear it will be that others don't agree with you.

How can you learn to be OK with that? How can you feel SAFE even when others say you're wrong?

How can you remain IN YOUR POWER even when you get feedback or backlash that doesn't feel good?

And how can you make sure you're not being your own worst critic? How are you speaking to yourself?

What's your focus?

If we're always focussing on what went wrong, or what didn't feel good, we'll find it harder to grow. We'll doubt ourselves and talk ourselves out of taking the next steps.

As a coach, I offer safety, where I can hold space for whatever is going on with you as you navigate your journey into more vulnerability, more authenticity and more truth.

And I will help you see where your critical self-talk may be holding you back.
